For 15 years, I ran CME programs in my academic medical center department. Subsequently, for the past 20 years I’ve run meetings for my own concern destination CMAE.com. At first, I used the CME offices at three different academic medical centers as joint providers, but invariably had problems either with financial or administrative issues, And even attempts to take over our offerings. Finally, in 2018, we partnered with PeerPoint to jointly sponsor our anesthesia CME meetings. The experience has been wonderful. They are easy to work with yet exacting and thorough in the work that they do. In fact, I just recommended PeerPoint to my college roommate who is a neurologist who is putting together a course.
